Tired of regular dial tone when you are calling someone? Ringout Tone allows users to customize their own dial tone by selecting the ringtones or songs from the users' phones.

[Only registered and activated users can see links]

Instead of hearing the ringout tone, with this Symbian application, you can play your preferable music which can be any type of the music file when you are calling someone. (Note: the music file type must be supported by your phone device.) As soon as the recipient answers the phone call, the ringout tone is stopped right away.

I think this application only allows you yourself to listen to the "caller's tone" when you call someone but not when someone calls you...

Real good idea, now one can avoid listening to tring trings. Have to try it out.

can someone with a Nokia N90 please see if it work... ie turn it on call someone and the music will play then try again and the music won't play anymore. you have to activate it again

sorry guys - no offence, but this app is just for letting You to listen to some music from Your phone rather than to hear beeps during waiting for other person to answer Your call.


anyway - great app - gonna try it now... If this app will work good, I'll make meself some fat loops for my calls... :P

this app is imho crap*, but... if you will find it usefull then have a nice call with my gangsta-loop :D

* - oh well... on my N70 this song is played by loudspeaker. I thought that this app will just replace beep beep sound in my ear instead adding it to normal call noise... :roll:

me cant adjust the volume coming out from the loudspekear...
sound too loud.quite disturbing.
app seem to crash now and then.

Tested and working fine on 6670, unfortunately just working twice then have to re-select a ring tone to get it worked again and so on. any idea?

this is what i'm looking for, here many people use special ringtone for their caller and the one who make the call still hear the old fashioned way, but now it's time to spoil the one who make the call...

Here in malaysia our service provider provide this service called caller ringtone and charge for about USB0.80 per month. So the user can set their tone for people who call them (even you can specify different tone for different caller, like a love song for your girl friend). Though this app can't do the whole thing exactly like caller ringtone, what's best, it is freee... Cute application.

i think application is good but there is some bug.it doesnt work well with n-3230,it fails to operate some time ,more over it doesnt let u know if the number is busy or thete is some recorded or computerised msg going on..

Thanx bro!! in option menu, in select tone, i've selected with "random_ringing_tone.ogg". Now everytime i made a call, it plays random tone. Once again, BIG thanx Man ..!!

i have 2 problems

1) if smartcom pro there is open the telephone it jams

2) the speaker is automatically activated
