i've installed this program, i've insert a password, i'm exit of the program, but when i'm return insert the password but the program "incorrect password"...why? the password I am sure that it is correct, but the program doesn't recognize it, I have tried to cancel him and re install him but nothing... how can I do for re-setting the password or to cancel the preceding?
