Downloading using opera mini is 'tsambahan',even using unsigned om,you can download if you're lucky enough..

There's a guy in YM that's advertising his hacked mobile internet connection by puting "using hacked Globe internet mobile, kaya FREE... Aha ha ha!" as his status message. I find it unwise for him to do that and asked him to remove it for days, which he hasn't.

bro,if you dont have bluetooth dongle...just use another phone with blutut or just borrow it transfer .prov files to the phone then send it to your phone via bluetooth..Got it?As simple as that..

at first i thought my new 5800 has a problem with Opera-red, so I tried to connect on my old n73 and 6300, it can't connect anymore... maybe globe has discovered the fbts... :(

Ahm question mate, could we download files using Opmin4.2HandlerUI1232? Coz u see I was able to download some files before but after say 2 or 3 days, when I tried to download something like pics, it says that I should use a signed version of opera mini to be able download... Anybody knows why it does not download anymore? I've read some other versions of opera mini here also in our beloved <3 ipmart-forum <3 that there are signed versions of opmini.. I haven't tried them yet though coz this one already works fine with me. My questions two are: Is it possible to download files using operamini? If yes, what version(s) of opmini?

I think you need to have a .prov file pushed to your phone via OBEX OBJECT PUSH.

For making the .prov file, i've attached a rar file w/ the tools need, just run the Globe.cmd file ***credits to the names mentioned in the files***

I dunno why it does not work anymore on my BB but it was just two simple steps really:
(1)On your phone settng, just use APN: [Only registered and activated users can see links]
(2)On Opmin4.2HandlerUI132, use the custom server: [Only registered and activated users can see links]

It worked for me for more than a month. Now it's not working anymore. Hope somebody send me a message (solution) to this prob if these matters need be private. TIA. :Love:

Hi I just found out how to edit/add proxy in blackberry. It's under security options -> TLS. By default, it was set to handheld, so I changed it to proxy. I just dunno if the proxy in PC like hidemyass.com is applicable also as proxy to BB. Could anybody pls send a sample working proxy? :thanks:

That error message sometimes occur due to Network error itself not on or phone or settings especially if your signal is weak.

Yesterday I encounter that error message but when I go outside the building, I am able to connect to the internet using OM 4.2

Its because the link of mjoy always changing.

Upon logging in, clcik SMS then new message (+ sign) then save the bookmark.

Now everytime you click the link, you will no longer required to login again. Maybe it will only for a week then you will need to change your bookmark link again.

Hi! Just found out this website ... I hope it could fix my problems related to the internet and my phone.

I use Globe. I have the HTC Touch (not 3G, Viva, etc., just the basic HTC Touch) for 8 months, and I can't connect to the internet. I also use OM (not really sure what is the version # for this one), but I cannot connect to the internet. I tried Internet Explorer, still not working. I checked the posts here, but most are for nokias and samsungs. does anyone have the right settings for the HTC Touch so that I can connect to the internet? I mean, I tried Globe's customer care (even reached Tier 2, as far as I know), but they can't seem to fix the internet on the phone. Still cannot connect.

maybe these settings might help you out for me to connect to the internet:
* for OM, I launch OM using MIDlet manager
* i have deleted the settings again for the internet on the connections settings on the phone, and got something that says "myGlobe Internet settings" everything seems to be blank, aside from:

modem tab>>name: myGlobe Internet, number: internet.globe.com.ph, blank username, PW and domains.

proxy settings tab >> checked: "this network connects to the internet", unchecked: "uses a proxy server"


i'm not really into the free internet thingy, but if you could teach me how, that can definitely help (i have to think of the reward though in case the settings you gave me works 100%)

Hi! am new here. I was browsing the archives and registered. Anyway, this is my concern.

I am using othersky.com as my browser for 2 or 3 months. But now, it isnt working, actually after the typhoon last sept 29. My friend told me that maybe it was the Globe server blah blah that has a problem and need to wait for a month. After a month i tried using it again but it wont work.

Here's the settings:

Mate, i am using now nokia 5530xm usnig the space trick, but my load deducts after browsing... I have 50+ load...

What should be the max load for it not to be deducted...

Hey mate invictusjoff. Thanks for your mod and i've been using it for a week without hassle, but for today i've been deducted P15 and P5 per browsing sessions. Is it already been caught? Are there new techniques i should know cause these happen only today? Thanks master and hope to see a resolution. Sayang kung mawawala ulit ang UBT.

EDIT: I've been using it on my N73 and 5530ME.

Tol,always remember to browse when your load is below P5.. When you have load P5 and above,credits will be deducted..

Yes, that is working.. For om5, just fill up the custom http server box, no need for other settings left.. For om4.2, all settings should be followed.. Is that okay? Anyway, thanks for your query.

Just set your network tariff in TIME.. Better try bro, hope it works for you.

@aimbots,gprs by default is pre activated na po,no need to activate,mms nalang po nid ipaactivate,call csr of globe,they will guide you for activating mms^^

You can go to any SM Foodcourt and use free wifi there...

Wireless connections are becoming cheaper, use other sim which offers
the cheapest 24hrs connection scheme and you won't have to cheat.
