MySportTraining is the premier fitness program to track and improve your fitness
It allows you to keep a detailed daily log of not only your cardio and strength workouts but also your health. You can then review your performance using four views:
The day view allows you to enter (and later review) information for each workout: duration, distance, ascent, location, warm-up, cool-down, intervals, sets, reps, weight, intensity, heart rates, etc. You can also track health data for each day such as body weight, blood pressure, resting heart rate, etc.
The month view presents you all your workouts for a given month at-a-glance.
The report view displays a list of key workout information for any period.
The graph view displays numerous graphs (distance, duration, volume, intensity, training heart rate, body weight, etc.) about your performance and health, also for any period, that provide a clear picture of your workouts. Additionally, you can view some charts about your strength exercises and cardio intervals.

MySportTraining features an intuitive, easy-to-use Pocket PC look-and-feel user interface meticulously crafted.
It uses your device's regional settings for the date and time.
All Pocket PC versions supported, including Windows Mobile 5.0!
Support for portrait (240x320), landscape (320x240) and square (240x240) screen resolutions.
Integrated backup and restore capabilities.
Provides the ability to purge data to save storage space.
Various options allow you to customize how you use it.
