Hmm, do you mean firewall builder from fwbuilder.org?
As you didn't mention the issue more specifically try "man iptables" at command line.
It gives you basic information to modify networking rules on a linux box(how to open ports and so on, much simpler to use for such a task).

If you have an external dedicated piece of hardware then maybe you should leave it alone.
Yes, I know this is a stupid answer, and late too, but the question bugged me and I just couldn't leave it hanging.

yeah... the issue solve... after i play with it around and manage to destroy the firewall... lol... learn by mistake... trial and error make me crazy for a week... but i get a hold of it now.. a very good program tho... now my office network just have a basic port to work.. other thing close...

since were talking about firewall here, could you help me solve this prob i have? my firewall settings cant be displayed due to certain problems, that what it would say when you try to open the firewall settings, and my firewall settings is off now..anyone pls help?
