OK well I recently purchaced a Nokia N70 from TIM - LINK (http://www.privati.tim.it/pr/pr_dettaglio/0,,6_7216_7237,00.html)
This TIM n70 has a firmware version of 3.0 or something.

My question is can I use the 5.0xxx Firmware in the sticky of this forum (using UFS DCTx Software to flash it) Will I be able to successfully flash my phone?

of course you will be able to flash your phone with higher version firmware using ufs dctx to flash it.:):)

Yes it's possible but you must have the HWK module installed in the USF Box!
