is there ANY Programe or Application for SYMBIAN OS to make CALL CONFERENCE?

Call conference is a feature provided by ur service provider.So check with them,if they provide it then it will show by default in ur symbian phone when u click options while u r in calls.

exactly there is no app to call conference it is an option provided by the network provider to all 3G phones with front camera. they all do that by default.
