it should be included in the software package. its the one with letters at the end of the file. just make shure you flash the latest version for this model. flash only, if you have both files. flash mcu and pmm, do ui settings and should be ok. let me know. goodluck

If you are flashing these two files you get only contact service. Both have to be the same version like ...4.140 and ...4.14U. Look on your box support site to download whole Nokia suport pack.

yes, the mcu files dont match the version of the ppm.. get the same latest vesion then erase the flash, then reflash with matching files. goodluck
