Cleaning an iPod
Is the surface of your iPod smudged or scratched? Bring some new life to the appearance of your iPod with these cleaning tips.
Apple recommends the following steps to clean your iPod:
1. Unplug all of the iPod’s cables and cords
2. Set the Hold switch to Hold
3. Wipe the iPod with a soft, damp, lint-free cloth. Avoid getting moisture in openings
Apple also warns not to use aerosol sprays, solvents, alcohol, or abrasives to clean your iPod.
