Review by Wireless Gaming World:

LEGO World Soccer is a football game that allows players to partake in a friendly match or work their way through to a championship competition within a LEGO universe. In other words, don’t expect to find famous players or national teams in this arcade-style title. Instead, you’ll be playing with Pirates, Spacemen, Construction Workers and Eskimos.

In the LEGO Cup, you’ll play as the normal football team and take on the four colorful teams mentioned above through a series of matches. Each football team will feature its own special ability set that will provide a strange and fun twist to the action. For instance, the pirates will run around with a sword that can be used to strike down a player or the construction workers will pull out a magnet to attract the ball to them. Snowballs and jetpacks also come into play.

When on the field, the pitch in these respective matches will affect game play as well because it is tailored to your opponent. Expect to find yourself slogging through sand and using cannons when playing against the pirates or running into moving walls with the construction workers. To somewhat even up the odds, power-ups can be found and these include speed, power strike, exploding ball and a clock that stops time. Either team can pick these up so as you can see, this isn’t a game played by the normal rules.

Once an opponent has been defeated, the next will be unlocked to proceed through the Cup. As they are unlocked, they will also then be playable in the Friendly Match mode where you can choose them as your team and select a desired field.

The game controls best using the D-pad but if you want to run or pass diagonally, you’ll have to yield to the keypad and therefore may find some trouble because of your big thumbs. Also, to shoot, the Right Soft key has been designated and this makes it feel a little unnatural. I would have preferred the 5 or OK key. Nevertheless, the action moves nicely and the music, with effects, work well.

LEGO World Soccer is not a traditional football game in terms of players, teams and style of play. Instead, it opts for a more over-the-top approach and pulls it off entertainingly. The controls may dampen some of the fun but if you can get past this, it should prove to be a good time. It’s simple, has character and is effective in terms of play.

Yahtzee Deluxe is a very good translation of the classic dice game to mobile format. With three different versions of gameplay, a multitude of multiplayer options, and simple controls, Yahtzee Deluxe provides long-lasting entertainment for just about anyone. Once you play Yahtzee Deluxe, you might not find the need to go back to the original version of the game ever again.

Yahtzee is a dice game that challenges you to create high scores through a combination of good rolls and strategic objective selection. Each turn lets you roll the dice up to three times, during which you can freeze any of the dice so that they do not get rolled anymore. The goal is to complete the list of Yahtzee objectives with as high a score as possible. The objectives are similar to those found in card games--such as straight, full house, and three of a kind--only you're matching the numbers on the dice instead. Each turn you must select one of the goals to complete. So the goal is typically to try to get the hardest objectives out of the way first, and leave the easier ones--the ones that are more likely to come up on any given dice roll--for the end. Besides the classic game, Yahtzee Deluxe features two additional modes of gameplay: rainbow, which incorporates colored dice and thus colored objectives (such as flush or straight flush) into the mix, and duplicate, which gives multiple players the same exact dice rolls and challenges them to extract the highest possible score out of them. You can play pass-and-play up to four players with any number of computer opponents filling in.

Yahtzee Deluxe has an automatically updating scoreboard that keeps track of how your rolls score in all the different categories. Yahtzee purists might frown upon this feature, because it makes the game a little bit easier, but it's nice to have available nonetheless. The presentation is excellent, and the graphics are clear, which really make the game easy to play, if not necessarily easy to win. The sounds are equally expressive, although they might get a little tiresome after awhile. There's really very little more that could have been done to translate Yahtzee so well to the mobile format. You might miss the feel of rolling the dice, but the portable, neat, and equally entertaining Yahtzee experience makes up for it.

Ok i check it, is S700 file of game ! Maybe work on K800 but is not for that model, K800 java is more powerful .

Yes it's fullscreen, if it's not or there are glitches or soft keys dont work I'll say it in my post cuz I tested all of the games I'm posting.

Some others:
Alonso Racing: Good 3d game with nice tracks also easy controls.
BenjyThePuppy: Like a tamagotchi where you have to raise a pet - some cool options for example you can play with it, do a obstacle course etc.
Kyranda: A game where you have to complete missions while racing - catch a bandit for example.

sorry for missing screenshots but my sjboy emulator is only for 176x220 and screens don't look well. If someone have good emulator for 240x320 ( exept SE SDK ) let me know.

Instructions

Transfer to your phone (take note where you saved it, I usually save it to my Other folder)

BTW: In order for you to rename a file successfully, you must go to Control Panel > Folder Options. Click on the View tab and remove the check mark on 'Hide extensions for known file types'. Then click OK.

Well,

Simply transfer to (others) folder in your memory card.

Browse the file in your hp.

Install it into games folder.

i have download quite lot of games.
but some of them, once i unzip them, are not a .jar file.
for example CS and sims2.
what can i do to make them work? i really want to play CS at least :P

and when i tried StarWars it freezes after the introduccion text, you know, the yellow text going from the bottom to the top of the screen. i have heard there is some kind of program that upgrades the video hardware of my phone, if it so, whats the name and where can i find it??

and thx for all those games! no more boring nights of insomnia =D

have you tried opening it? sometimes zip file contain the JAR file and the other way around is it contains the FILES for the game. in this case, you have to rename the file (change extension) just what like maerem said :)

i renamed it, it changed the icon, then i putted it in my phone, and when i tried to install from my phone... it said that the operation failed!!!

what can i do??

do i have to install it with some program from the PC or something??

yes i have enough memory, at least that i need more than 200 MBs.

i tried other games by doing the same thing and they worked... maybe its some kind of problem with the CS counterstrike i downloaded

i've provided some screenshots too so hopefully it'll help u figure out what the game is about. Or helpful users can give their opinions and post em here.

zoom : that's because it's downloaded as a zip or rar files, you can only installed the games if it's a jar files. So, if u don't have a pc, u can ask someone to upload a jar files for you.

Yes. Java J2ME .jar files. Symbian files do not work on SE phones.

Extract the archive till you get the .jar file...
But if you extract and get lot of small files than do this...
Rename the .rar extension to .jar and copy it to your MMC...

in most cases u can, but sometimes develeper made app/game specialy for designet type of phone. Nokia has some libraries witch ex. SE dont have and vice versa, even different models from same company have diffrent libraries and one app work ok on K500 but wont work on P990i.

For Games and apps serach this forum. u wiil find allmost everything u need ;)

Can you tell me what is the screen resolution of P990i with Flip Closed ? Is it 240x320 or less then this in flip closed mode ?

As what I found is: Almost all Java Games for 240x320 works on P990i but in flip closed mode many games gets their some screen part hidden under flip but works full screen with flip open; the problem is in flip open mode QWERTY keyboard is very much difficult to use and in flip close they can be played easily but some games got their screen chopped :(

So can someone tell me the screen resolution in flip closed mode ? and if its 240x320 then why many games got their screen part hidden under flip ?

Sorry if my post is not easily understandable.
