for your information there is a sticker which stick on the box of the activation code use the activation code to activate the account at [Only registered and activated users can see links]

if you do not have the activation code kindly create support ticket

you may also register at [Only registered and activated users can see links] using the smart card serial

in this case what u do is create i-phone support ticket and they will assist you
