bro where u buy the box???
ask ur reseller.....did the box orginal or not.....
or u try install agant to software....

Any solution to this incompatibility problem with HWK?

Im using N-Box + HWk (installed) ordered from www.gsm-support.net and when attempted to unlock LG, Samsung phones,etc..an error message above appeared:

"Selected Device, not compatible with software"

Note, in case for LG, before selecting models, message above displayed. For Samsung, etc...after selecting models, then unlocking... the message displayed.

Pls help asap.

remove hwk, use ufs3 tools to repair the box then install hwk

I dont know about the cracked version and what installed in my N-Box, because the N-Box ordered and the HWK was installed by the Reseller (www.gsm-support.net) from Poland.

Pls help me, give me steps on how to:

I can remove hwk from the NBox, but to use ufs3 to repair the box, i have not idea how to do it. Please tell me in steps how to do it pls.

As advised from www.gsm-support.net, to uninstall old software and to reinstall 'UFS_Suite_Setup_v2[1].02'. I did but still same result as above.

What should I do next, from this stage?

use hwktools and then look at the info about ping, if ping is bad then your hwk has mcu damaged...

yes, use hwktools to repair your HWK, remeber your HWK HID before use this tools (if your HWK is original) cos this tools will change your HID also

I can use the HWK tools to boot phone, but I have problem trying to unlock e.g LG C1100 which I have this result displayed:

1. connect ufs box and start hwktools
2. in bookmark "selected device" You must have box with SN
3. in bookmark "select prefered HID" mark original
4. start update...
5. Check the info (look at the pic) about ping - if ping is bad->mcu dmage

Unfortunatelly if your hwk damage after few weeks then check your ufs because the situation have be comes again...

I have read this on an other forum :

Sounds strange but try using another USB Port, you have to reinstall

your box, just point to the Driver located in

C:\Programme\SarasSoft\UFS\UFS_USB_Driver

You can try another USB cable too.

HWK Ping was OK, now I can use the HWK + N-BOX to unlock phones normally except the LG phones where its strange, I can unlock LG B2100, but I could not unlock LG c1100 with the same IP-LG 24pin cable where I observed that Booting was OK, but error message: 'BaudRate Failure' appeared. Note: I tried all available baudrates but still giving me same error message.

Another problem, Security Initialisations OK when unlocking 3G LG phones like U8138 and U8120, etc...and it seemed the program run smoothly and no error message during unlocking process but when inserted the required SIM card uncloking process is done, a message displayed on the LG phone LCD, saying "Insert USIM card', so the unlocking of 3G LG phones by HWK is not effective in this case.

Pls help me how to unlock LG c1100, and LG U8138 phones by HWK + NBox.

Do i have to press that code with or without sim card inserted?

My LG U8138 phone is strange,no other keypad is working except only the 'power-on' key is working. Do u have any idea whats going on here?

Do i have to insert accepted Usim card rather?
