In most case, ignore CNT and PM flash, just flash MCU and PPM. Press 3220 power on button if it isnt start to flash after 15 second. Well, Galerry will be empty and U have to fill the galerry yourself. Try and Wish U Luck:)

I think u need to check your cable first or try using another cable It will work.

some phone will not successful flashing like 3230 , 3650 , 3660 and some model . i always get process fail and repowering mobile . why i always face this problem ? some friends tell me update my FIA files ?

Yeah, always happen like that. Check your dongle, what dongle you are using ( n box or tornado)?. Maybe you need to repair the dongle. And check your cable, much cable wrong in pin, like for 6630 there is two type 5 pins and 7 pins. Which 5 pins can't use for flash. Bad dongle, cable can caused your problem.

i change my cable also don't working . i'm using twister now . i think my box still ok . so how to fix this problem ?
