hi ive had a n-gage qd since they came out after bout a year it got white screen of death due to me installing and testing viruses, ok so ive taken it to nokia cause it still under warrenty. fine they gave me a brand new gd a gold and white model it looks alsum.
but what i requested in the first place befor they replaced my first qd when u flash it can u put the latest software able to run on it they said they would.

but i got the fone back and checked few things,it was last repaired that day i picked it up which should read cause they should of put lastest software on the brand new gold 1. ok here's the deal i check my new gd version it reads RH-29 (V 03.15) DATE 27/04/2004 am i wrong or is that old as software,my first n-gage qd had version v04.00.

does any1 have a answer to why they would do that does this older version work better, ive had the fone freeze few times while screen saver runs and need to pull battery out. and i havnt touched it,i mean i put my sim in it today but havnt installed a game a application or anything.im going to take it back again im not to happy with the fone now when befor it was my favoured fone. does any 1 have any input on whats the best version for n-gage qd and whats the latest i think its v5 sumthing im not to sure

Rignt now C4.15 and V4.10 are the asian standard tough V4.80 and V5.00 are in the testing senario...

Stableware :- EG:- 3.15, 3.75, 4.00, etc...

Both work equally well as i recall V3.15 had only a java problem...

thank u and yeah my first 1 had v4.00 and was fine, and yes java dont work well most,and stuff like u go to turn bt on or off and it says unable to perform operation,it doesnt connect to pc suite it discoonected after bout 30 sec and u cant even leave a app running in back ground as soon as screen saver starts the fone freezes.i never had a single thing wrong with my first one and so it must be the software
