I have an ASROCK (K7VM3) mainboard it does not support SATA Hard Drive....Is there any way to connect a SATA hard Drive to it????.....If there is any way out of it then i can use the hard drive which is kept in my home....
Please suggest how to solve the problem.....

i know there is some pci-sata card, but not really recommended. Better just get a new board with sata features (better performace).

There is a product that can help you... It's just a simple converter adapter that placed on ur hdd pin connector... in my country it cost only Rp. 50.000,-
It convert vice-versa of ur drive...

Dude. . the pci will simply get a bottlneck .. u can temporarily use it to keep the hdd up and running .. but i'd strongly suggest u to get a new mobo. with SATA support. ...
Also .. the Vantec addin card supports only one SATA .... a new mobo should support atleast 2-4 .. so u get future options for RAID ...

sata are supposed to give u high speeds of data transfer. it has to be built on to the motherboard to get the optimum speed. get a new mobo with sata......
SATA PCI cards can spoil the HDD.
