Hi, I have looked through the posts for an answer to my question before posting this, i hope someone can help me with this i am new to the ufs3 hwk,, just got it and i have no problems with any other model at the moment just the LG U8138 i have tried to unlock it,, it goes through thesteps and says it has backedup the security then it shows this,, here is a cut of the window.

i have put some x's in place of part of the imei number and the filename but the rest is copied verbatim.

With HWk, have u able to unlock LG c1100?
