any1 know how 2 use xvi32(hex editor) to edit the phone sofware...i only can read some english words but then got another weird symbols...help please..

It's not about the particular hexeditor. What's you need is a disassembler to interprete sequences of bytes as opcodes. I recommend IDA Pro.

try to look at any crack tutorial..
