i tried to encode the movie but there was an error- it does not encode at all , the prompt was "the mencoder.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close>"

hi all... any idea why when i try to open the video..a error pop out in my pda saying " DirectDraw: Device error! "..any help? thank.

Because it doesn't work under wm5 ,only in wm2003
