In My User CP...Under My Reputaion Given And Reputaion Received Menu I can see Whom I have Given Reputation and 4m whome i have received...

Mt question IS:

1) Before some reputation a light (green) is glowing...and before some the light is black (off) what are those 4??the colour (green-black) Represent what??

2) I have received some reputaion 4m users recently...those are glowing black in colour...But the fact is my reputation is not increasing...Is it has something to do with Black light??


I know there has some rule regarding reputation system....I read out those carefully...but i cant find out the reason that why my reputaon is not increasing (from those black coloured user ones) (i think 4 green colour users reputation is counting and increasing)...

So please if someone enlighten me abt those facts then i will be greatfull...

those black coloured ones represent reputation given by people who don´t have the conditions to give reputation yet. so it appears like no colour because it doesn´t afect your rep number. the green ones are the ones who increase your rep number, and red ones represent negative feedback given to you and that decreased your total rep number.

That means those reputation will never count before my total reputation?
and what does the condition to give reputation means?
how will a member reach that condition?

conditions are, you must be registered for at least 50 days and have minimum 30 posts and also have at least 10 points in your rep acount. only then can you start giving rep.
those blank reputations will not never count on your acount.
