i saw at many places ppl not able to download from rapidshare and megaupload.
U can try pando.com
u need to upload files at pando usin the pando software.
then u wil get small file maximum around 100 kb like u get in torrents.
u can upload those in here at iphone.
then to download u can jus ddl the small file from iphone.
add them to ur pando software( around 2.3 mb) and ddl them.
hope some ppl wil use pando
max file size is 1gb
thts quite gud enough
