I have read the rules. But jef has posted many ImTOO apps in his section which is made sticky.Can U Explain it.

You are a new member so you wouldn't know...jef's thread was started before this section was created...at that time we didn't have this rule..so when this section was created we decided that existing threads would be left as is,but henceforth users must follow this rule of one application per topic...
