Pinout is important,not connector drawings.(i will correct BENQ-Siemens connector soon)
But if you want to make adapter from Siemens x65 to BENQ-Siemens cable then use Slim-Lumberg(female) and Nano-Lumberg (male) connector.

NOTE: This is not valid for phones supporting only USB cable DCA-140 connection.
