Hello graysource. May I please suggest, if it's ok, that you make a theme based on the Filipino made role playing computer game Anito? It has ancient Filipino warriors carrying big swords ala Lapu-Lapu. I'm just not sure though as to how easy it would be to find images for this.

of course Philippine flag must be first. I have seen a lot of flag themes but no philippine flag theme that could stand out. I know your a good theme creator and im definitely sure we all filipinos here will be proud using that theme.

Other filipino themes i would like to suggest are the following :

1. Philippine Band Artists like Bamboo, Pupils etc.

2. Jose Rizal theme of course would be great.

3. EDSA People Power theme

just wanna report sumthin bout all graysource themes i added on 3250, all themes are fine and no notification like on N80, i think that about screensize thing, coz when i installed N80 themes on 3250 i got that same notification like dmoe, gray and Tai got. and then also i saw all graysource`s themes is v1.0, and N80 themes i installed like Babi and mellani`s themes are v0.0. that was my report. i hope this lil information gonna b usefull stuff.

I have some bad news. I was making a theme from my list. While doing so, it suddenly hang. I was forced to abnormally shut it down. I'm having problems with the TS3 again. Now it's not letting me transfer the themes into N70. Still working on that problem. For the meantime, I'll upload for the N80 first then follow on the N70 version.

Update: I really can't convert this theme to N70 using the 2.8 version but it worked on the 2.6 version. Please check if it works on the N70. If not, I don't know what else to do but I will still try to figure it out.

@Gray,

noticed a minor kink in the batman begins theme...

in the initial music player screen, the "Options" label on the left and the "Exit" label on the right are in black and hence, are not visible due to the black background in the lower part of the picture...

but, note that since we already know the left is Options and the right is Exit, pressing Options brings up the "Select" and "Cancel" buttons in white fonts... so no probs there...

am not sure if it can be fixed... nonetheless, it's minor and i can live with it... :)

If theme have not an speciall image on wallpaper, its fit on screen, also icons.
So, a black theme, or red, with vista icons (just requested before) may work.
If you make a theme without wallpaper I can try on mine device.

Hi , I try to makes themes for n80 but , when I finish the theme and choose the 3.0 version in theme studio , I am having the problem in the pic. I think its asking for certification file , I searched for it but couldnt find..... ??

I'm reading page 91 and i think we have the year 1995 and not 2006. That isn't user friendly what on this page are standing.
You can create great themes and must open the dosbox to create a file with command line..

I'm going this way: i open the folder of the themestudio and then the folder "bin". In this folder is the dos file "makekeys.exe".(in themestudio 1.2, i don't know wether the file in v 3.0 is on the same place) Doubleclick on makekeys.exe. I see for a short time the command prompt opened and closed.
Then i open the command prompt and write "makekeys" -> enter

And now the solution, you type this:

makekeys -cert -dname "CN=Name OU=Company" company.key company.cer
(Name and Company is as example, you must write your name and company e.g. Footballplayer for the name and Manchester for the company)

Then you will asked about a password y/n ,write n.
Generating private key.....
Move the mouse within the window or press keys to generate random data
I have pressed the right cursor key.....
......random data collected.
Then you see the text with the information that the private key is generated with a keylength of 1024 bits. Created certificate company.cer.

After creating, i have the files not found, but windows has a search function.
search for the file "xxxxx.cer" and you found it.

Just check with you, how do delete those theme in my phone. The application manager didn't show some of those theme that is inside my phone. Use data cable the phone also don't show the theme as well. Thanks in advance.

Use data cable and choose the PC Transfer connection. Scan the themes through there.

also, can i ask a question? the jpeg images of these themes are taken from N80 right? coz the variations of effects for each theme doesnt work in N70. for instance, the House theme has 4 images but only the first image works or appears...

Hi to all you guys. Sorry that it's so long since my last post. I've been busy with some other stuff. Hope you understand.

Been busy playing around with the icons also using Adobe Illustrator. It took me atleast a day to finish transfering the icons to TS3. Based on the TS3's previews, I was successful with the transfer. It appeared great. But alas, when I installed it to my phone, it did not appear as what TS3 is previewing. So now, it's bakc to the drawing board for me with icons.

Don't worry, I'll try to find out what's wrong with it or if I'm doing it wrong.

But for now, I'll continue making themes but without the icons. Atleast until I have a solution.

I'll be making themes again very soon since I'm not yet totally finished with my project.

I have a problem with a theme of yours in my N70.
Specialy with the theme V For Vendetta.In Contacts,when you search for a name the background is white and the font is also white,so you can't see what are you writing.Here i will upload a picture.

hmm.. i guess would be all~ maybe u could do some bluring where the menu appears, like in some of the theme where in the music player, there is an area tat is blur~ also could u use back the same clock as ur air gear theme? finally back downloading more themes :) after exchanging my n80 as firmware upgrade not fix problems got replacement supplied on latest firmware . Turned out my problems were caused by a suspect 2gb mini sd ! Just got transcend 80x 2gb and everything great :) at last can use this phone without problems :) running gray themes of course so things couldnt be better :) black n80 and 2gb card... Spot on !

hey bro kimo i think ur not using the ryt backround.anyways if u really want a kewl backround for ur music player u can powermp3.just use the search button for the powermp3 version 1.01.then search for the skins which are available in series 60 theme section.or u can check out my thread "alfox themes" coz i have created xmen skin for the powermp3.gud luck bro.

Is the powermp3 an application? If it is, is it for 3rd ed. S60s? Coz if it's not, it won't work on the N80.

powermp3 doesnt work with my n80, but it does on my n70

fair enough mate :) my 512mb was always full so allowing for larger themes and mb+ photo had to be 2gb for me but whichever you use am sure is good :)

Thanks for the fantastic job on the Elisha theme.

But just to ask, in the Scarlett Johanssen Theme, in the picture of the theme you had put up on page 57, there is a photo of her in the 'Go To' page i.e. where the shortcuts to calender, inbox and notes are located. However, when installed, the 'Go To' page has no photo.

Is that a bug with the phone or did you not use that photo in the end?

Just wanted to know if my n80 is messing with me...

BTW, the Elisha looks great in the theme! Makes me want to start watching 24....

nice work gray :) love visiting your thread daily ! To the poster last page with corrupted theme problem. 1st ensure file opened to sis and if corrupted try download again. If still wrong check file installation is turned on and certificates off in app manager. If still bad thinking maybe card or phone problem. Check version me phone with *#0000# to see if latest version (may).failing that try card or phone format as i like many can say these themes work :)

hi gray..great themes as usual. but i have one minor request..plz lower the resolution or size of the wallpapers before using them for making n70 themes. coz u use the same hi-res pics of os 9.1 for the os 8.1 themes ..and it causes them to apper distorted along the edges. i'm attaching a pic of my n70 to explain my problem. hope you look into the matter.

I understand but what I do is I make the N80 themes first, since that's what I really do from the start, and then save it also as an N70 theme. Killing 2 birds with one stone (not that I want to kill birds - :lol: ). So the N70 theme is just a freebie of the N80. If I will make the theme for N70, since they have dirr resolutions, I will have to do it all over again which is not practical and a bit tiring. And I don't have my N70 anymore so I won't be able to check if the themes are ok. I hope you understand.
