I have seen some maps name like "Finland Navigation Map"

and some "Finland-Map"

I want to know what is differences between them?

Or is it for different version of tomtom mobile.

Thanks,
BT

Not seen any finland maps, but all the Uk maps are named 'Great_Britain-Map', so I'd guess the "Finland Navigation Map" might of been renamed ?

The folder name is completely unimportant. If you select a Map in TomTom, it
uses the name you typed. It just searches the C: and E: drive for the map-files and uses the folder name as selection. nothing more nothing less.

The last version map only for PDA using TTNavigator called the Navigation Map.
When arrived TT5 also for Mobile the newest Maps were called NameCountry-Map.

If you have a TT5 Mobile can use all two maps just rename:
from NameCountry Navigation Map
to NameCountry-Map

The name is not important, tomtom will search into every folder for typical maps file structure. If it founds it right, it will display tha map as selection.

What is extremely important is the file structure respected and all the files it needs. If something is miss it won't display the map!
