Yes. saw your efforrt to share and I applaud you for that. You must read
GLOBAL RULES first so you can understand that there are certain requirement
for user to access Firmware section. Read HERE. (http://www.iphone-forum.org/announcement.php?f=193&a=3)

7. The Firmware section of the forum is restricted to new users. The requirements to enter this section are the following:

1. You must have 20 posts
2. You must passed 1 day test period

(this means that even if you have 20 posts you must be registered for 24 hours to be able to enter firmware section.)
Firmware is the only section containing this restriction. Everything else is available for free upon registration and account activation. Spamming the board to reach 20 posts to enter firmware section will lead into a permanent ban.
