One way I found to slow down the battery drain is to turn on the Sleep Mode.

I have the same problem with the multimedia key.I think it must a conflict of this version with N80. I also want to ask: When I have my N80 off the alarms do not work like the original alarm. What I am saying is that the phone does not turn on in order to ring the alarm. Does anyone have noticed the same thing?

chimpanzee 6th August 2006, 06:30 Is there a brief summary on what is the difference between the 4.0 version and the new 4.02? I would expect this is a bug fix version so if there is nothing that affects my current version, I would not want to reinstall it.
Thanks...

wow, i better try removing that one. You sure it's because of the handyclock? it runs in the background even if the alarm is turned off?
roklipni 7th September 2006, 18:07 Just a simle question. Is there an alarm clock that would work even if the phone is turned off, such as the default clock application?

PAY ATTENTION TO THIS!
at least on E60, this app eats battery like no other application.
In-built alarm is shit, but having application that eats battery that fast is way worse.

Can anyone else confirm this on other phones?
How fast does it drain your battery hilt?

My battery lasted less than 24hrs with this on. I was surprised cause I didnt have wlan connection or anything. I thought the battery was dying on me.
I removed the handyclock and battery life boosted. I think it's around 1.5-2 days now with normal use, and above 24hrs when listening some music and and basic wlan-connection.
I've no idea why it eats so much battery, but i'm pretty confident that my battery lasts longer without handyclock.

Yes I used screensaver on, that's about the only feature I miss in this software. If Nokia's screensaver eats so humongously battery, it'd definitely a bug that should be removed.
