Hi! I needed help here. My PC has been affected my virus called Trojan and I do have the adware which has already deleted away. But the main thing is, I can't access to the internet. I have been using modem. It has actually ask me to renew my IP address. But I don't know how to? And also, I have call the support help line and they ask me change my network card. How do I change it? Can someone teach me what to do?

trojan cant destroy hardware..they must be kiddin..it can only corrupt ur data...try uninstallin modem driver from device manager and install again...do a virus and spyware scan before this!!

The best part is, I can't install my modem driver. I have insert the disc and it doesn't help.

download from net latest one from somewhr else pc or cafe and install it...

properly your ip corrupted.. If yes you need to rebuild your ip. Need more info.. If you are using a nic dsl modem, there is no driver needed for your modem.
