Though it is a rip off of Castlevania (Aria of Sorrow, Portrait of Ruin etc), it does look like a damn pretty game.

I hope it has the depth of the said games but being a mobile game it'll probably not but should be worth £3 anyway.

The game, based on the BAFTA and Emmy award winning BBC television series, will give Top Gear fans the chance to enjoy the Top Gear experience by applying the show’s unique approach to motoring entertainment to a mobile game.

The mobile game will give players the opportunity to race a power lap on a virtual version of the infamous Top Gear test track and to compete on their own personal power lap board.

The game will test player's skills with ambitious challenges and races. It will also allow gamers to attempt ambitious Top Gear style stunts like those seen on the TV programme.

Asphalt GT 4, I hope it is better than the last one, wasn't into it much. Will only bother with the 3D version.

Soul of Darkness, looks better the more I see it and should tie me over until the next DS Castlevania comes out.

The rest of Gamelofts 2008 line up is just a bit meh, a lot of copying other companies games sadly.

I think that taking other companies' experience to create own products is the interesting way to make them better.

Well I have to disagree, without new ideas this industry will become stagnant.

Gameloft have been around for many many years, while the quality in most of the games are higher than others I still think that the have enough experience and money to try something different. Look at companies like EA, for a last couple of years they just copied others ideas and sales went down, then they decided to buy some developers who have new ideas and then sales went up.

Digital Chocolate for example are always offering something different, even if its just a simple Mahjong game they do try to inject something to set it apart from other games.

Anyway that is just my opinion, I'm sure many people will still lap up their games regardless.

I heard that everything they do is "in house" so they probably just have their own teams, I don't think they outsource anything out. I know they have offices in France & England. They also have one in India as a friend of mine was offered a art position their but didn't take it due to being so far away.

Lots of people crying Asphalt 2, but I think it is not better then Asphalt 3.
These games doesn't use 3D accelerator. Asphalt will be better if use 3D accelerator or enything else for example Nvidia new CPU(Tegra).
But don't run in the future, novadays Asphalt 3 is the best and Asphalt 4 will be the best.

Only N-Gage 2.0 version of Asphalt 3 looks not so bad.

I remember when i had N-gage classic,i used to play Asphalt 1 n 2 alot.Played even 3 but i agree that size does matter only Asphalt 2 was 22mb and the game still rocks.

Asphalt 1 on N-Gage & 2 Nintendo DS beats 3 hands down totally, not played the regular 3D phone versions though.

Whatever I hope they can give the game something new to play, its got a different look lets see what new ideas they have for the series.

They are developing game, but it is hidden in some place and it will be out for the months later on their own web site. Stop developing for a while guys if u want to make money. Or hire a marketing specialist....And go to some business academy and learn something about it. 4P and 4C of marketing. Place=Convenience is the thing they must learn. U r creating game but i have to search all over the net to find it or i have to go some warez sites like here.

I think they do quite well to ignore what you said, I have no problems whatsoever finding any of their games as they're always advertised everywhere I go.

If anything they need to come up with their own bloody ideas instead of stealing them and stop using the same game engines for everything.

its look like old BiA Earned in Blood in Symbian..same graphic..just bigger resolution..and maybe more little details...but i think that work fine on other Symbian mobiles...they could make this i HD...after long time again some action game

Ya man HD versions are alot more better than the Java versions. Hope other companies like EA also release some HD games as I like its titles a lot.....

I have an N82 so I always would prefer symbian games as they load faster etc, but I really liked Soul of Darkness, I think its the best game Gameloft have made in a while, even though its java. If they decide to make a HD version, they should keep the gameplay the same but increase the quality of the animation, kind of like what Capcom did when they made Ultimate Ghosts n Goblins for the PSP, where the gameplay is pretty much the same as the old versions but it has nicer graphics.

I hope Gameloft makes Hd title on Prince of persia & also a cricket HD game like Kevin Petersen Cricket. I dont think there has ever been a symbian version for cricket games leaving apart that stupid Cricket 3d which was terrible in gameplay. Forgot also Brothers in Arms- Art of War. I played the same in N81 it is awesome , hope they release it as HD.

Spooks: The Mobile Game (by Gameloft)

When it comes to mobile games based on TV shows, Gameloft has tended to focus on game shows here in the UK like Deal or No Deal and Countdown, while bagging big-name US dramas like Lost, Desperate Housewives and Heroes.

Now, though, the publisher is turning its attention to British dramas too, signing up BBC spy show Spooks for a mobile game.

Although they haven't announced a release date, it stands to reason it'll be out in time for the show's seventh series, which is due to air this Autumn.

The game will see you playing an MI5 spy fighting off terrorism and national security threats, with "access to the same technologies and resources used by the MI5 officers of Spooks".

Oh, and your favourite characters from the TV show will be in it too. We haven't watched for a few series, so we have a nagging suspicion all our fave characters have been blown up.

Anyway, the game will apparently include "point and click sequences, a discussion system and several mini-games", which makes us think it might be similar to Gameloft's impressive CSI mobile games.

Stand by for more news when we get our hands on the game.

Hi guys. Got some newz 4 ya. Gameloft is gonna make some good gamez 4 us.
1. Wrath of Olympus: RPG. Game is situated in ancient greece. But the best thing on it is that it´s combination of Soul of darkness and Might and magic. (in some places it´s Side-scroller and sometimes from the camera like in MaM)
2. Real Football: Manager Edition 2009: You all knowIt will be good like the first game, but some revolutionary functions are here. Better AI and you can IMPORT YOUR TEAM FROM RFME09 TO RF09!!! I don´t know how it will work, but if it will work, that´ll be really nice.
3. Prince of Persia: Gameplay will be like in the big console game ( you will have whole game Elika-the girl-in your team and she will help you go through obstacles like in the big Console version). i think since s60v2 isnt popular in usa :( so they dont create games for s60v2.. so expect that those "us only games" isnt available for s60v2 :forsaken:

asphalt 4 HD = asphalt 3 HD (same GFX engine, same gameplay, only in different "mask", and bluetooth multiplayer support)

RF2009 HD = RF 2008 ET HD (same gameplay & GFX, maybe only add bluetooth multiplayer mode).... nothing new....

Nono, Asphalt 3 HD and Asphalt 4 HD are different games I think they use different engines. Even if cars are similar, graphics view is absolutely different
