hi ever time i got to plug my usb sound card in or the the usb 4 port hub i keep getting this error on my pc and laptop one or more usb devices attached to this computers malfunctioned and i and no usb plug in it still say it so i was hope some on the forum will help me out to fix my prob thanks :???:

it is because your usb device IS malfunctioning... better send it back to your dealer...

nope..it might be all right..check in other comp first ...i got similar error with ipod but works on others comp...

thanks for your help so far i have try looking but can not find any drives for my usb sound card so does any now where i can get Advance 2.1 Multimedia External USB Sound Card drive as if i get the drive i should be able to reinstall them the sound card with the drives thanks :!: :?:

Just one more question, should the usb sound card working with usb hub? I doubt it might work with the direct usb port from pc or laptop. Another thing is maybe your usb hub got not enough power to run the usb sound card. Please usb a usb 2.0 with power one to try. I have no experience in similar issue but i did know that some device like scanner or printer which cannot run on usb hub. Hope this info help a bit.
