Hi All, I can understand that off-topic and maybe some one time World Cup section does not count towards your post count. But not counted also under Forum Support? Why don't you reward someone with a post count when he/she help some fellow forumer? But it is just a suggestion.

I think that a reputation boost is better than 1 more post in your post count. Don't you think?

mega admin i-phone decided to disable post count in these sections so it will stay like this unless he decides otherwise.

Post count is a subject in the formula to get higher rep power. It is also a way you can become a non-rookie poster (title change). Rep button to me is like an extra bonus that someone might give you when you try to help. People like to see their post count increase, that's why most forum put post count as an obvious item. If you have a problem or if you help someone with a problem, these interaction help to stir up the community, so those post deserve to be counted. Logic tells me that it should but of course the Mega Admin has the final say. Thanks for listening or rather reading.

reputation is here for exactly this reason . You like a post you give + reputation for it :) far better than a post ! Thats why we have rep system to reward good posts :) :)
