My Ipod mini 6 gb has an map with an ! and the text www.apple.com/support/ipod. I've tried to reset it but the picture comes back. When i put it on my Windows computer with my usb cable nothing happens. Either On the deskopt or on Itunes. I've used it on the same computer before without any troubles. Now when i tried to put it into diskmode the apple logo freezes. i reset it and then tried with the play/pause button with the select button and held them but with no result, the apple logo remains there.

Has this happend to another person how fixed it and have any solution to the problem or do i have to send it in to apple service??

Did you try to restore it's firmware using the iPod Updater?
