As an ex-cook I can tell that there is nothing like a good home meal, you know what is there and when it was prepared, fresh from the begin to the end. Belive me, I know how to make it good! ;)

gonna get 1 myself now but its because i´m forced to do it. those things are so bad for your health. some info about diseases you can get because of fast food would be good.

• Note: I agree Mark! Fast food is something you do once a week, avoid to eat fast food often and never every day! At lest one very good meal a day is essential, with meat, vegetables and carbohydrates( potato, pasta, rice,... ), not forgetting the fruits and salads, very health and nutritious! :D

But the most important meal of your day is the breakfast so make sure you have an nutritious one... ( cereals, fruits/juice, bread/nuts/seeds, cheese, yogurt, eggs, colds/ham/chicken/salami, milk, jam... ) ;)
