what are the real differences between MSDict Concise Oxford English Dict 2.20 and MSDict Oxford English Dict 2.20?

What i can think of is .. Short explanation of words or less no. of words too.

No, the latest version is 2.40.

But I havent seen this v2.40 cracked in the forum along with all the other dictionaries.
