I tried flashing a 6230i with MT-Box and it keeps failing on the PPM file. I tried using the same version of softwar that was on it wich is 3.3 and it fails. if you just do the MCU on its own that is fine. if you do the PPM on its own it fails when trying to do factory reset and it also fails if you do content on its own as well. I tried using the lates version of flash files but it wont even try to flash it with them all i get is

ERROR: Unable to open file
C:\Program Files\Nokia\Phoenix\Products\RM-72\rm72_73_110E_03.800
Terminating flash procedure

any ideas poeple as now the phone wont even boot up all i get is a dark flashing screen

6230i have 2 differ hardware,make sure you have use correct file,if old hardware is use E ,new hardware is use M

exp:

(new) rm72_73_11003.800,rm72_73_110M_03.80s,rm72_73_110M _03.80.ucp_s

or

(old) rm72_73_11003.800,rm72_73_110E_03.80s,rm72_73_110E _03.80.ucp_s

in your case,maybe your phone is new hardware,try use M to flash it
