I have HP L1955 from ebay but since it arrive I could not turn it on.
I did plug everything correctly but nothing on the display.

The main power swicth on the rear panel and front panel did not respond.
I tried to connect it to some different computer but still the same.

Is there something like fuse inside?
Is there anything I can do?

Many thanks for any feedback ;-)

Try it to connect to external monitor, then configure it if it is in external monitor setting try it to change it in your LCD mode... Good Luck...

have you tried other power cable, it seems like no power supply in this case..

Thanks for the reply.
Yes, I have try with different power cord but still same.
Actually this monitor gave me small electric shock when I touch the metal area at the rear panel. I assume the electric already in but doesn't want to power up.
I wish I could fix this problem but it seems I must send it to HP service center.

If you have any more suggestion, will be great!

Cheers,
fx

Almost forgotten, my problem solved by HP dealer.
Shipping cost much more expensive than the repair cost ;-)
Don't know what the real problem till now.

Cheers,
fx
