I've try all cables to connect with unibox and cannot detect the connected phone, the come port is already good and i've check from computer properties the communication port is exist, i try to use knoktool and all software to detect 8250 phone but it's doesn't work , can anyone help me how to make it work, i'm using winxp sp2 with dell cpu p3 processor

i have the same problem also ive read the docs on unibox software that i have to use win 98 so i format my computer and put a win98 os. but still the unibox for gts is not working and ive followed all instruction can somebody give the manual for this cause its really diff from an original unibox..
can somebody give an manual like same with the ufs and griffin when you purchase a cd of manual installation is also comes with the package..
