Hi everyone, this is my first post on this forum so be gentle with me :) . I have a RAZR V3i with firmware R479_G_08.B4.34R which I recently acquired and it has an annoying habit of resetting itself randomly. The screen goes black, then white and then displays 'No Service' for a few seconds and then comes back on. I have read somewhere that a re-flash with the latest firmware or 'Monster Pack' will cure this but that poses a few questions::???:

1) Which firmware/Monster Pack do I need? I'm in the UK on O2
2) Where can I download the firmware?
3) How do I re-flash, is there a guide on here somewhere?
4) Is it easy and more importantly, is it safe to re-flash?
