Here's Tomtom V5 for PPCs - I have ONLY included the Great Britain PLUS map & postcodes and all need to be installed using active sync. I have also included in the EXTRAS folder an Upgrade to version 5.21. To keep the file as small as possible I have only included the two UK voices, if you want any other voices please post your request below.
Zipped up this is still 236mb, if you take the time to download this then please KEEP IT OPEN in your torrent programme until you have uploaded at least 100%.

I feel kinda stupid seen as everyone seems to have no problem with the installation but... I can't make it work on my PDA. (Qtek 9100 with windows mobile 5). I copied the files in the tt5 folder to the root of my memory card, inserted it back in the pda, then the tomtom screen apprears, and flashes off the screen... then it just won't install.
Anyone have an idea what i did wrong?

Can you use 'Active Sync' to install this ? Copying to the memory card is not the way to install this copy.

Right indeed sorry about the mixup, it was another version that i tried copying to the card. The problem i have with this version is that it freezes and i end up with this message from windows on my computer: "TomTom Setup Application has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."
Any ideas?

They should do drbf as long as you are using a cracked version of tomtom, but I cant test it for you as I have not got a PDA.

thanks russell...unfortunately i have downloaded and installed toomtom 6..
it works on my XDA2 (big one not the mini one)
BUT problem is it won't connect to gps module.
spoke to tomtom people they said,,,tomtom6 does not work with XDA2 only mini XDA ...they said on tomtom 5 will work.
so russell will try tomtom5 and see if that will work with gps..post results

Hi I downloaded all the files and all seems well. The only problem I am having and I know it is minor is that after installation I cannot see any icon to launch tomtom 5 on my ppc. I am using an MDA compact 3 with a 1Gb memory card for maps etc. your help would be most appreciated.

I have the 6.03 version with 6.60 maps working on my XDA 2i. I can assure you it works, I use it everyday!

I have version 6.00 (7370) on S.P.V. 2000 working fine and V.650.1046 Map G.B.plus +major roads W.E
