hello after a little absence from posting due to studies and other factors i can honestly say this forum has sorta degraded into something not as i remember it to begin with. I have been a member for almost 2 years and i owe all my cracked ngage games, noumerous S40, S60 & S80 applications and games to this site. i remember when this was a small forum and there wasnt so many off topic subjects and pointless ones. I remember when people like Mr Admin, Dmoe needed help installing cracked Ngage games. now this is a huge site, i scrolled down the S60 app list and i found multiple posts of idiots asking the same questions instead of searching or just looking around as if expecting us to spoon feed them.
now theres all these friggin adverts everywhere what the hell is up with them?
im sorry if this is just my crazy opinion but i felt i needed to get it off my chest

forum as grown and so the cost of server...somewhr iphone has to compensate...its our continue effort to grow it more nd coming future will hav big surprise .. lot more members...
and regarding noobs question its natural i say :)

You could be right...but you also have consider how the popularity of mobile phones has exploded the world over..nowadays everybody and anybody is using a symbian phone,and many of them just for the sake of using one!!So its only natural that those idiotic questions and all have started flooding our forum...

Yeah, I also think that it was better before. Now we have hunderts of usless topics and thousends useless posts per day.

its the price we have to pay for getting bigger. all forums that are sucessgull end up like this. we have many members, thus there are many more rubbish questions because there are more noobs. the server needs to be improved so it costs more so we need advertises to sustain it

yea.. and i must admit that the text advertisement iphone recently gotten are making my comp more laggy than ever.. thats irritating..

Being a newbie on forum doesnt mean that someone it's new to Symbian btw, I got my 6600 in 2003 (expensive like hell but it's still here..it was worth the money and the firmware upgrading to the last one) and Im sure some newbies here did the same too.

I registered here back in 2004 (didnt post much though) and yep seemed different after rejoing it now after years :shock: but that's how all forums go, it became the biggest Symbian forum I ever seen :prayer:

hai bro ur right.....now out of 10 post u can find 2 0r 4 working good n regularl...but that dosent mean the forum is going down...its just cause the no. of members have increased and most of them just wana have some thing from here and are not interested in adding any thing to this forum...initially even i use to jjust download..then i realise i own some thing to this forum....cause i have taken a lot out of it...so i started posting and tryed to give my best to this forum....
so the time more n more members will start thingking like this....the iphone will again b in its golden time(it is even right now)
