yea i understand...bad explanation..
okay c wen i put d power button on..absolutely nthn happens...d fan itself doesnt move...but thn too i keep on tryin dis for like 10-15 mins...n finally after sumtime it starts without me touchin nythin..n since d light inside CPU is on..so d power supply is nt a prb..sumthin else..
related to d fan

get the SMPS changed...... power supply will be there coz the connections are on.... but sometimes the power from the on switch doesnt flow. or before changing try this...... check the ON/OFF button.... but i thinks SMPS is the culprit

if the pc still booting, only the ps's fan doesn't turn-on, try to clean your ps,,
sometimes it's because so much dust or something,,
but if it happen and your pc doesn't want to boot, then replace your ps
or if you not sure, try another ps before (from your friend/etc)

Dust may contribute especially on cpu fan and heat sink and fan at the back of power supply.

Maybe its grounded or the wiring in the power, reset , led ect. is failing.
