n-box activation code [Archive]

i just got n-box from indonesia, reseller from there. When i try to use the activation code on the box to register for support area in www.n-box.org, it says the code is already activated, and the reseller is not entertaining me. is it possible for me to get a activation code at a price or something or any suggestions?:oops:

what is colour your box ? can you take the photo send to me ? also take out the pcb made the photo to me . then i can check for your what is mistake.

I asked my friend who lives in indonesia to contact them and explain the situation. He did call and told that the code is activated, and they pretend to be innocent and said how is that possible. And they suggested they could gimme updates burnt in a CD or whtever for RM10 every month.. huh? crazy. I guess the box is not original, they gave few DVDs along with the box, which contains the driver and stuff. In addition to that i bought the HWK + 13HWK cables i guess. The standard cables given were 62 in quantity. Total price for n-box + HWK was RM480

i bought from Indonesia. I asked my friend to buy n courier to me. Damn..was stuck in custom and went through so much hassle to get even more trouble, activation code doesnt work! Says already activated.

Is there any SYMPHONY warranty seal in the box? And U see there is no SYMPHONY STAMP in the receipt :D
And every flasher box i sell, i will alwasy put the serial number and STAMP on the receipt!

U know what? You are right. The receipt is not ya receipt. My friend just admitted to that, as he made fake receipt to make few bucks from me. But then the FACT is he did brought from u guys. There is symphony seal on the box, four corners :rolleyes: .. And I just got the original receipt also. With the S/N:102***.

i think that invoice not with hwk , so u must double check

than, if clone why u not send back? u can check from SN , than u send SN to nbox team n ask them..
nbox have clone in market?????

just my opini..,i think maybe ur friend in indonesian before send to u he already active it!! just opini :D

Yeah, I know. My friend told me about symphony calling him today. Why couldnt you assist my friend when i told him about the activation code. i think this case is clear now. i live in bali,and all my flasherbox was from symphony,like jaf,ufs3,cruiser etc..
i think symphony-shop never sell clone box.
