Hi, so I wanted to convert some video to 3gp to use on my phone. Used some of the tools available here on the forum and its working ok.

However the image always seem to fall behind the audio.

So I'm wondering what settings I should use to get the best sync. It doesn't have to be the absolute best quality as long as the video works ok.
