Hi there. I flashed my nokia n70 and all went ok with no problems at all. So i decided to flash my wife' s 6680. Downloaded the firmware and done everything like i did on the n70, but something went wrong and the flash failled. The problem is that i tried to flash again but there is nothing on the phone, NOTHING. So it can' t be flashed, so i think. I am asking to the brain people here to help me. What can i do to repair it?

The real problem is that me being so stupid i flashed the phone with the wrong firmware. I flashed it with RM38 insted of RM36. Now if i choose the product RM38 i have the option to flash dead phone but there is no product information. If i choose the right product, RM36 i do not have the option to flash dead phone. What can i do? Please i am a bit desperate as my wife needs the phone and i would like to sort the problem. PLease, Please can someone help me???

so easy! go to mobile phone repairing shop, ask them reflash your 6680 for u ! but it need the flasher box like ufs+hwk,jaf, universal box....
your 6680 will alive when re-flash

u can full erase the firmware than u can reflash the phone by using the right firmware..u can using JAF

i went to a repair/update shop and asked to update my 6680.
the man updated it to 5.04 but this firmware changed the display of my cell and i got angary.
1-the screen display has shorten a bit from sides
2-that firmware was for thailand named "DTAC"
3-the font in menus are different and font used for like CONTACTS and other icons are different.

did anyone else get this prob???

try reflash ya phone with ya own region ppm.

for dat matter, did u check ur IMEI before giv it to the shop? check it just in case wot i think. : ))))
