i will grab this one because it has a very unique feature which it asks if you want to save the conversation or not :)
the Extended Recorder will now replace powedictaphone :D

Here says that this app is for 2nd Edition Device version only!I do not know whtah happening but on my Nokia 7610 the beeps are still there and from what i know Nokia 7610 is 2nd edition.Anyone triesd it and is working?

Aint workin on da N70, it doesn't beep and it doesn't record hehe, I'll stick to Eltima Call Manager cracked and patched by BinPDA which works perfectly.

edit : i think you are not recording anything coz this app should be working in the background
or you are using smart call manager with this app at the same time!

Well, think again buddy, I do have another application installed but it's turned off, checked even in the processes and there ain't another one running. This one reboots my phone when I try to manually record a voice note, and when I have a conversation it doesn't record it. Did someone actually check this application? Well it says it's for OS7 and N70 is OS8.1. Maybe this is the problem. could anyone check whether it works properly on an N70? Maybe BinPDA would make the same patch he did for Eltima Software Smart Call Manager but for Rock Your Mobile Call Recorder Pro which is far better then all the recording apps I've seen, it saves the files with the caller number in it's name, Call Manager saves it as just an incrementing number which makes it hard to identify and locate if you want to transfer it to da computer ;)

Yes, it´s very posible this app is not compatible with N70... This is not the only one app which won´t work on N70...
I tested this app on 6630 and it´s working fine...

Well actually thought again dude, and when I used CallRecorder pro with beep off there were situations where beep off stopped working (example: someone was calling me and we suddenly lost connection, the next call was beeping :( )

There is another problem with BeepOff.

When you are on call, you can't hear the alert sound for 2nd incoming call...(call waiting feature...)

Anyone has the same problem?

and you will not get rid of this problem, beep off and every app that I know up to now which kills the beep also kills other beep sound (the keypad beep, the busy tone, the unavailible tone and apparently the call waiting tone)

u won't be able to hear many alerts like minute beep alert or battery low alert.....etc

can someone tell me if this app by illusion works on 7610? Cause i tried it,it works but the beeps are stil there...Please i am desperate.I tried everything on my phone but the "beep" won't go.I On my bros N70 is working perfect though (records without beep!!!)

IT ISN'T WORKING ON MY 6260 ! THE BEEP IS STILL THERE. FOLLOWED THE INSTALLATION STEPS EXACTLY AS TOLD . WHY ISN'T IT WORKING THEN ?? PLSSS HELP !

The beep-off feature only works in OS 8.0 or above, Nokia 6260 has OS 7.0 so will not work.

well i have 6680,and i doesnt,i call to my friends and nothing is being recorded.
settings : Ask before recording : NO (tried yes as well)
AutoStart : Yes
File : Amr

make sure this app is working in the background(click hide not exit)

Erm, I set the options like you said, I press "Hide", and then I call someone... and it doesn't record... could you please be more specific ?

OK I figured it out, this app records only incomming calls, so it's like it's only half-full, useless to me anyway. So to guys that it's not working try with incomming calls ;) So far the best app for recording conversations is Rock Your Mobile Call Recorder Pro, I which that BinPDA would make the same patch as for Eltima Software Smart Call Manager it would make my day ;)

Ok didnt tried incoming calls yet
but,one thing that i've found very good in this app is that there is no beep when recording.

I used to use Power dictaphone with "beepoff"...and I had beep *most* of the time.
with this app I dont have beeps at all...>>Perfect.
but it doesnt auto load itself when the device is starting itself up.
and>> it doesnt automatically record incoming and outcoming calls at all (tried all the options).
too bad it doest have a hotkey for the record thing..that would even be enough for me.

Autostart option is not working (unfortunately) on my phone... I must use SymStart for that:)...

well im hiding it,it runs in the background,but when im making a call or receiving one,it doesnt record,nor asking something.
to record...while in a call,im going to the software manu and manually pressing the "record" button >> annoying
