Do Not leave me stranded. I faithfully trusted your Company to provide me with this Kit and I see that No software is shipped with the Order. I have invested for assisting my W810i and I don't see W810i cable to assist my handset I do see the cable are provided as shown on the Website. for $199.00USDollars=£120.00GBP
I have only received Box + 5 Cables incompatible to my W810i + 1 USB cable A-B attacheble to PC.
I could have got for £40.00 Pound same Product from UK though they Specified that No Smart Card or and Software would be Provided as the Function of this Box are the same as the SE Tool 2 + Cruiser
I don't want to be disappointed I need Desperately Help and Guided constructive advice other wise I wish to have an RMA Number to return The Product and I will by an SE TOOL 2 instead from UK I am very disappointed for being mislead I kept searching for at least 4 weeks prior to Invest to Repair my W810i I have bounced abouit dosen Forum to find support, no luck. I thought to have seen the light when I found your Company which described to provide Software Cable & Box Latest to assist SE Handset CID49 Fully supported. I never preowned any other SE Tool Kit that is why I went to some one where can offer Sofware Cable and Box Latest for SE Handset which included SE W810i Handset.
