Sammies' big problem is by far tha java apps compatibility. Although we are flooded with games and applications, we can hardly find one which is compatible with our mobile.
Samsung's new platfurm is called HPE and it can be found in new (and soon best-selling) models like E770, E900, D800, D830, E870, E530 etc.
In these models there is not yet a way of uploading games via BT like D500 and D600. Therefore it is only trial and error via wap.
I 'd like to propose to all Samsung users to upload in this thread HPE compatible java apps that they've found. Most probably these will be reposts but it means a lot to Samsung users.

Please note the following:
-The game in the beginning will ask to acess the network to receive ads. Just press no (unless you want to pay for receiving ads)
-The game has been tested in E900 (of a friend) and it is a fullscreen game. It is NOT the 176x220 version therefore it doesnt work properly in a E770. I have found a 176x220 version but not tested it yet...

Download the files and unrar with winrar.. (the 4 files will be extracted in one folder) you will find a bunlde of games made for Samsung D600...

These games are succesfully testen on my E-900. (Fullscreen)

BUT PLEASE NOTICE THE FOLLOWING:

The rules concerning the uplaoding of the games are rather strict in the sense of the presentation of them.
It s needed that you upload games with screenshot and not just anonymus bunches of the games without any more information. Otherwise there is a big risk that the thread will be locked from a moderator.
Secondly, it is nice that you provided fullscreen games for sammies (sth rather rare) but as the topic says it is intended to have games tested and working for the new platform. I guess that most (but not all due to the different platform) of the D600 games will play in E900. There are more than 100 games there. Imagine the pain and cost for Samsung users that have no other option but downloading them via wap...

So, please take care of the notices before a moderator find this thread and lock it...

warmonster, THUG, sokojava,Tetris_Deluxe, SmashDizzy, Madagasca, HardRockCasino, are the only games i could not get to work on E900 all the rest worked and played well except extremeairsnowborading which has some screen size issues...

I can confirm all the rest work how they should on E900 (although some do have rather small writing) they still work.

Edit bomber man keeps crashing all the rest are fine.

ive got 25 games installed on my E900, i used russian firmware and can install the games from folders :) , call of duty 2, colin mcrea rally, lma manager 06, fifa 06, lemmings, worms, zelda, x-men 3, sonic, lotr(return of the king), da vinci code and alot more..

If you do not have the .jad file just download jadmaker. You can search for it on google.The jadmaker will make .jad file out of the .jar file you've got.

iv seen some tuts on installing the games using special software but that doesnt seem to work with mine.
so i have to get a game,upload it to one of my free webhosts(like geocities)(i only upload the .jar file)
then on my phone iv added the link to my site where i can then download them talk about mission!
anyway,due to their being a lack of games for the newer samsungs such as mine iv had little choice but to ....P-P-P-P-P-P-P-P(geeees i hate that word lol)PAY for games.grrrr..and as i know their hard to come by i would love to share but how on earth can i get the games off my phone onto my pc?

Dowload D600 games from this forum, put them in the phone memory, then repeat the process *#9998*5282# this is supposed to show you three options ,1. library info, 2. native info, 3. install MIDLet.
Choose the third option i.e install midlet , this will then display all the game files you have on the phne memory. scroll to the .jad file and click to install.

got Z720v also month ago, hope you can help and tell me what to do to all the games that i downloaded to my phone via USB. I downloaded both the .jad and jar and put on my phone as what the others do. My phone dont have acces to the internet, my problem is... what im going to do to those .jad and .jar file so it will work on my phone... is there any application that i need to install on my phone so that those games will work??? thanks a lot.. your help very much appreciated...

there is a hack to allow you to install games via bluetooth/usb but iv not tried it
