Can you more specific? what viruz attack your PC, and what file you want to remove? And what antiviruz you use to remove that infected file?

I have problem like that before, trojan viruz in my file, and I can not remove that file. So I use PC-cillin (before is not PC-cillin), then I scanning with PC-cillin DIRECTLY to the infected file, and use PC-Cillin site to delete the file, we need to connecting to pc-cillin site for deleting because it removing in pc-cillin site.
