So i will just briefly talk about it: 1. Select first boot from CDROM by entering CMOS; 2. Insert your bootable xp pro installation disk; 3. Reset your pc; 4. Press a key to allow boot from CDROM; 5. Then follow the on-screen instruction (whether you want to make a fresh copy of xp, delete partition etc..); 6. After finish installation of xp, check your device manager of any other device which driver not found and install it using the original hardware cd (search from their website if you don't have one); That's all about formating and installing of os using xp. I formatted my PC and now the sounds are not available. It has No sound. Sophal 9th September 2006, 11:02 what is the best software for sound? do you mean sound card driver? there is no driver that work with all sound card, so you need to find one that is compatible with your sound card model. usualy a sound card comes with a cd-rom, and you can find driver in the cd, but if your sound is onboard, then look in your motherboard cd-rom. if you dont have,try to find on the manufacture's website or search for it... .:N!ceGuyJay:. 18th September 2006, 00:14 its4fun321 is your problem solved... reply soon so that i can lock this thread... |
