wen he logins in his name it logs him in and then 5 seconds later it logs him him out. we restarted the ciomputer we turned the computer for 2 says and still the same problem. can nebody help my friend?

as dell tech support would ask: Have You made any recent hardware or software changes to your computer?

if software, then boot to safe mode and remove any s/w recently installed or do a system restore. might help!

Try a safe mode on startup , hit F8 when the system boots and select safe mode with networking. When the system boots go online and update your virus definitions if the engine is valid , or download a fresh copy of any antivirus update and scan.

If that does not work , call dell tech support and repair the OS using the repair option. Re install from scratch only if repair fails. do not use the word virus or spyrus , just say that it happened all by itself or they will transfer you to the Dell On Call support which will be fee based support.
