View Full Version : HELP - Windows Explorer & GRAPHIC !

PLEASE HELP ME TO TROUBLESHOOT !!!

Could anyone give me the way out / solution . . .
my Windows Explorer will "collapse" in unusual look similar like duplicate folder per folder if i doing ;
eg.convert smartmovie or whatever that related to usage of CPU usage ...
My Komputer Spec P4 2.4G , 512 , OnBoard VGA , HDD 120G

I used to called it "collapse" but what the exactly name was unknown...
After "collapse" i minimize all window and the wallpaper also seems blanks, sometimes appear after sometime.
The problem still exist in shortly after if restart the Explorer, i've tried to restart the windows but doesn't solve the problem to . . .

I've exprience many times although reinstal windows

And recently my new komputer also :
My Komputer Spec P4 3G , 1024 , VGA 128 , HDD 300G

have you install your display driver properly? can post some screen shot, can't seem really understand the problem

bro, check your device manager if all the device driver install properly? Next, do you using windows genuine product? If yes try update it, if not, try other setup cd which is clean (only windows, but not bundle with other applicaitons). Also, please let me know what display card are you using?

in device manager nothing seems wrong and the VGA on board driver is a bundle driver and i didn't use windows genuine product also . . .

bro, mostly the problem with your windows setup cd, it might be not clean. Try get another installer cd which only having windows one..

i think this is a gfx hardware problem. U said u have onboard vga gfx rite? try to get your motherboard checked. This happens because of failure of gfx controller or the gfx driver.
